makesure u did the edits to all skins, and makesure ur ftp cache folder is chmoded and all its content to 777 before doing the edits.

I have also installed this mod to a 2.3.3 IPB Board and nothing appears either at the top or bottom of the page. I have tried all 5 options with the same result.

might be u have safe mod on so skin edits not reflected on files

will advise shortly edits for ftp skin files for people with safe mod

also releasing in couple of day a new version of this with couple of things advertised including uninstall feature
